Experience
Tyson J. Bareis focuses his practice on all aspects of government contracts litigation and corporate counseling, including contract formation, cost and pricing issues, export control regulations, the Freedom of Information Act, and subcontracting matters. Mr. Bareis has experience assisting clients pursue requests for equitable adjustments and advocating matters before the Court of Federal Claims and the Boards of Contract Appeals. Mr. Bareis also has assisted government contractors in a variety of commercial transactions.
As a graduate, with honors, of The George Washington University Law School, Mr. Bareis was a Presidential Merit Scholar. While in law school, he interned with the Federal Aviation Association, Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisitions; The Honorable Christine Miller, United States Court of Federal Claims; and The Honorable Peter J. Messitte, Unites States District Court in Greenbelt, Maryland.
