ANTITRUST AND UNFAIR COMPETITION: DESCRIPTION

McKenna Long & Aldridge has a wide range of experience in the area of antitrust counseling and litigation services. The head of our Antitrust practice group also recently has served in senior litigation positions at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Antitrust Counseling

We counsel our clients about federal and state antitrust laws and unfair competition statutes. MLA lawyers also assist clients in conducting internal investigations and responding to subpoenas and civil investigative demands. We also:
