COSMETICS: DESCRIPTION

The cosmetics practice of McKenna Long & Aldridge represents manufacturers, processors and distributors of cosmetics. We assist companies in marketing cosmetic products abroad and have counseled a major trade association and cosmetic companies on labeling, advertising, voluntary reporting programs, import/export questions and other cosmetic regulatory issues both in the U.S. and overseas. We also assist clients in coping with new state legislation affecting the cosmetic industry.

MLA lawyers counsel clients in the development of regulatory strategy and policies, prepare and review regulatory filings of all types, assist clients in the sale and acquisition of regulated business and product lines and litigate regulatory matters for clients in federal and state courts.
