PROFILE

Cole Sheridan is a real estate associate in the Los Angeles office.  His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate development and finance, including creditors rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Cole was an in-house corporate attorney for Robert Half International Inc.  While there, he advised corporate executives and management teams on legal issues, negotiation strategies, risk management, creditor’s remedies, intellectual property and approval processes.  Cole was also an associate with the Law Center in San Francisco, where he focused on real estate transactions and civil litigation.

Cole graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota, where he was a staff member of the Journal of Law and Inequality and on the board of directors of the Minnesota Justice Foundation.  He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston University.
