Joe Greenslade is Of Counsel in McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP's Los Angeles office. He joined the firm in 1998. His practice emphasizes product liability, toxic tort, labor and employment, and other general liability issues confronting businesses. Joe has defended product liability and toxic tort claims involving exposure to pesticides, chemicals, mold/fungus and asbestos. Additionally, Joe represented a pharmaceutical company in hundreds of lawsuits filed in California as part of the mass tort fen-phen litigation. Joe also has represented numerous small and large business entities, non-profit charitable organizations and individuals in litigation disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, family leave, harassment, retaliation and overtime compensation claims, as well as disputes involving business torts, commercial contracts, construction defects, probate, bankruptcy, real estate, landlord/tenant, mechanic's lien issues. Joe's litigation practice includes substantial experience in both state and federal courts. He has conducted numerous arbitrations and has assisted in trying several jury and court trials. He also has considerable experience in the alternative dispute resolution process, including mediation.
