PROFILE

Frank Benjamin's experience ranges across all aspects of intellectual property and technology law, including trademark selection, clearance and prosecution, general IP counseling and negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements relating to the protection, development, licensing, distribution and transfer of intellectual property and technology. Frank also handles intellectual property and technology disputes, including administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Frank works with clients across many industries and stages of development, from early stage start-ups to large publicly held companies, including more traditional "low-tech" companies that have significant intellectual property or technology needs including issues involving privacy, the Internet and electronic commerce. He also provides support in these areas for mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and related transactions.

Frank worked for three years with Bernstein & Associates, an intellectual property and patent boutique, and was General Counsel with a technology and media company, MTI/The Image Group in New York.
