Kate Lewis focuses on loan workouts and financial restructuring, representing a variety of creditors in connection with problem loans secured by commercial real estate.  Kate also has substantial experience in the context of commercial mortgage-backed securities, from the negotiation and closing of conduit loans to the representation of loan servicers on modifications, assumptions, defeasances and remedy enforcement. Recently, Kate’s practice has expanded to include work in the area of military housing privatization and the sale and development of military-owned real estate.
