Tread Davis practices primarily in the areas of corporate, family business and First Amendment law.

Tread served as General Counsel to the President's Reorganization Project. Additionally, he served on active duty with the U.S. Navy in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and as a Member of the Atlanta Charter Commission.

In addition, Tread is active in the firm's Pro Bono practice and is involved with the Atlanta Regional Commission, Rotary Educational Foundation, Adjunct Professor Emory Law School and the Georgia First Amendment Foundation.
