Charles Campbell concentrates his practice in bankruptcy, business litigation and public utilities law. In his bankruptcy practice, he represents trustees, debtors and creditors. He has served as a court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy reorganization proceedings. He also served as lead counsel in the Pinegate bankruptcy litigation.
As a litigator, he handles jury and non-jury cases involving securities, contracts, fraud, lender liability, trade secrets, computer software, professional malpractice and defamation among others.
Charles also represents utilities and common carriers and customers of utilities and common carriers in proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies.
He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in each of his three practice areas: Bankruptcy, Litigation and Utilities. Charles has also been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a "Georgia Super Lawyer" in 2004-2008 as well as being named as one of America's Leading Business Lawyers in the 2003-2004 Chambers USA.
