PROFILE

Donna Donlon focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on antitrust matters and class action litigation. Donna’s experience includes litigation in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.  She has served clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, agricultural, environmental, telecommunications, retail and insurance.  Her antitrust litigation experience focuses on disputes involving allegations of nationwide price-fixing and other restraints of trade.  Donna has counseled corporations and associations on a wide range of antitrust issues, including distribution issues and non-compete clauses. 

Prior to joining the firm, Donna served as a law clerk to The Honorable Raymond A. Jackson, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  Donna earned her J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. While in law school, she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the William & Mary Law Review.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, majoring in economics and foreign affairs.

• Donna serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Law Center, a non-profit legal service provider that helps at-risk children in the District of Columbia find safe, permanent homes and the education, health care and social services they need. Donna has served as the organization’s Secretary since September 2004 and was appointed as the Chairman of the Advancement Committee in November 2005.
