Bob Bartlett focuses on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy-related corporate reorganizations and related non-litigation matters.
Bob's experience includes banking industry-related transactions, such as interbank contractual relations and contractual and tort-based disputes over priorities to assets. His experience with business-related torts includes tortious interference with contracts, wrongful solicitation of employees, misappropriation of trade secrets, conversion of assets and bankruptcy/corporate reorganizations.
He also handles computer industry contracts, tort claims such as disputes arising out of license agreements, breach of warranty, misrepresentation and fraud and copyright infringement. Additionally, Bob handles corporate governance issues, non-bankruptcy financial restructurings, creditors' rights actions and securities laws violations.
Bob received significant military awards and decorations, serving as a member of the Judge Advocate General's Corps in the U.S. Army for four years and the U.S. Army Reserve for more than 26 years.
Bob was one of the six founders of Hicks, Maloof & Campbell, which merged with Long Aldridge & Norman, a predecessor firm to McKenna Long & Aldridge, in 1998.
