Rebecca Woodson is an associate in McKenna Long & Aldridge's San Francisco office, where she concentrates her practice in toxic tort. She has extensive experience taking plaintiff depositions, taking and defending expert witness depositions, and writing and successfully arguing motions for summary judgment. Ms. Woodson also actively participates in jury selection and arguing pre-trial motions in limine.
Prior to working for McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, Ms. Woodson was a Deputy District Attorney for the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office, where she brought 22 jury trials and 5 court trials to verdict, argued 150+ felony preliminary hearings, and wrote and successfully argue numerous pre- and post-trial motions.
Ms. Woodson was a Law Faculty Scholar at Santa Clara University, and studied “Computers and the Law” with Colin Tapper at Oxford University, Magdalen College, in 1994.
