PROFILE
Johnny Traboulsi is an associate in McKenna Long & Aldridge's Los Angeles office, where he concentrates his practice on the representation of companies in complex commercial litigation arising from contractual/business disputes, class action labor and employment suits and claims brought by and against the state and federal government. Johnny also has experience in counseling businesses on export controls, including commodity jurisdiction determinations, voluntary disclosures, and the development of export compliance programs.
Johnny received his law degree from UCLA School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, participated in the Moot Court Competition and volunteered at legal aid clinics for homeless youth.
Prior to joining MLA, Johnny served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ramona Godoy Perez in the California Court of Appeal. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a legal assistant for a large Washington, DC firm where he gained experience in complex litigation management.
