PROFILE
Mr. Graham is a partner in McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP’s New York office. He has been practicing insolvency-related law in New York since 1982.
Over the course of his practice, Mr. Graham has worked on all facets of debtor/creditor matters including Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, and related litigation and arbitration proceedings. He has also handled liquidations of stockbrokers under the Securities Investor Protection Act, state court liquidations under the Model Business Act and assorted out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Graham has represented primarily secured creditors in Chapter 11 matters, but he has also acted as counsel to:
