PROFILE

Leanne DeFoor focuses her practice on commercial litigation. While in law school, she was Vice President of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Regional Champion ATLA National Mock Trial team.  Leanne worked as a Student Attorney at the Emory Law School Turner Environmental Law Clinic and interned with the Office of General Counsel, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (Region IV).

Prior to law school, Leanne worked for seven years at a multi-billion dollar manufacturing company. There, she served as a Corporate Environmental Engineer, specializing in RCRA, NPDES, and DOT issues and overseeing environmental compliance for five of the company's manufacturing facilities and seven distribution centers nationwide. She later managed the HR, Environmental & Safety department at the division level of that company, and eventually was promoted to Quality and Technical Manager for that division
