PROFILE
Mahdi’s litigation practice focuses on toxic tort and products liability. Mahdi has defended product manufacturers in numerous toxic tort lawsuits. He has considerable experience in all discovery issues, law and motion, depositions and trial preparation.
Mahdi also has experience in a broad range of complex litigation, including professional malpractice, wrongful termination, discrimination, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death actions, partnership disputes, and business torts.
