PROFILE

Megan Meacham focuses her practice on alcoholic beverage law, complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense.  Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law, where she  was a member of the California Western Law Review and National Trial Team.  As a trial team member, Megan won two consecutive regional trial championships when she competed in 2006 and 2007 at the American Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition.

During law school, Megan worked as an intern for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, the Public Defender’s Office in connection with the Bail Project and for a Private Firm specializing in federal crimes and criminal defense.  Through these internships, Megan gained experience in contract disputes, securities litigation, defending commercial torts and white collar criminal defense. 

Megan received her B.A. in Multinational Organization Studies from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas where she was awarded the Heartland Conference’s Excellent Student-Athlete Award.
