PROFILE
Andy Lynch has more than 20 years experience as a transactional lawyer representing corporations, investment banks and financial institutions in business and commercial matters. He represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings and private placements. He has significant experience representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and represents companies, investment funds and strategic investors in capital formation and mezzanine finance transactions. Andy has experience in finance and capital markets transactions and represents senior lenders, mezzanine lenders and corporate borrowers in secured, unsecured and structured financings. Andy acts as outside general counsel for a number of clients and was previously the general counsel of a telecommunications company. He has worked extensively in the telecommunications, internet, media, technology, energy, real estate, health care and defense and government contracting industries.
