McKenna Long & Aldridge's Litigation Department and Appellate Group secured a major victory as individual counsel for Interior Secretary Gale Norton in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. The Circuit reversed a D.C. District Court ruling holding that Secretary Norton committed contempt of court, fraud on the court and litigation misconduct.
