On November 30, the Brussels office hosted a day-long series of events in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Brussels office and the move earlier in the year to new offices in the EU Quarter, just across the street from the city's famous Cinquantenaire Arch in the Parc du Cinquantenaire.
The 15th Anniversary Celebration, held at Château Sainte-Anne in Brussels, offered an opportunity for the firm to host clients and friends to a series of seminars and an evening buffet dinner and reception. Among a number of notable guests, U.S. Ambassador to Belgium Tom Korologos was present to congratulate the firm on its anniversary.
Attorneys and practitioners from the firm’s Brussels and U.S. offices joined with featured guests to explore a number of leading edge issues in five different programs. Former President of the EU Parliament Pat Cox, EU Commission officials, and Michel Troubetskoy, director for EU and NATO affairs for EADS, contributed to the day’s engaging and valuable discussions on the following topics:
