Congress is in the midst of its Fall legislative calendar and is working through appropriations bills and DoD authorizations. This program provided an update of actions taken thus far and ongoing critical issues that impact the federal procurement community. These issues were addressed in a context with the overall procurement agenda of the Bush Administration.
