Jance Hawkins, attorney based in the firm's Los Angeles office, recently served as a featured presenter at the seminar, "Sharpening the Skills of the Contracts/Subcontracts Professional," sponsored by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Beach Cities Chapter and UC Irvine.
Mr. Hawkins portion of the presentation focused on some common mistakes and consequences of foreign sales. The overall program was designed to benefit all disciplines in the field of government and commercial acquisition, such as, contract administrators and managers, subcontract administrators and buyers, financial managers, marketing managers, attorneys and company managers.
