February 20, 2008 - (Atlanta, GA) - McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP (MLA) is pleased to announce that the Firm has appointed Wayne N. Bradley as Co-chair of the Corporate Practice Group, as of January 1, 2008. Wayne will co-chair the group with existing Chair Thomas Wardell.

Bradley’s expertise encompasses advising public and private companies on strategic matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has particularly extensive experience representing non-U.S. companies in connection with their U.S. operations and transactions. In addition, Bradley specializes in the private equity and venture capital industry. His client list includes a wide range of companies, including leaders in the aviation and aerospace, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, education, packaging and financial industries.
