Bob Schuda of the Environmental and Regulatory Department and frequent speaker and author on the subjects of environmental compliance and regulation will present at the Marina Recreation Association 35th Annual Educational Conference and Trade Show. The event will be held November 7 - November 10, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Monterey in Monterey, California. Bob will participate in a panel discussion on the development of "total maximum daily loads" under the federal Clean Water Act and their effects on the marina industry.
