For the past several years, through a series of client alerts and seminars, the Firm's Chemical practice group has educated our clients on the emerging content of this far-reaching new chemicals legislation in the EU. This week, the group will send invitations to clients and friends announcing four complimentary REACH seminars to be conducted by MLA and TSGE in November and December of this year.
When entering into force (around April 2007), REACH will trigger a series of obligations for manufacturers, importers, distributors, downstream users of chemicals, and even manufacturers and importers of articles.
