The Fundamentals of Pesticide Regulation and More:
What’s Important, What’s Happening

October 25 (full day) and 26 (half day), 2006

The offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP
Washington, DC

Please join us on October 25 and 26, 2006 in Washington, DC for The Fundamentals of Pesticide Regulation and More: What’s Important, What’s Happening. You need to know the basics, whether your company sells agricultural or specialty pesticides. The sponsors have collaborated and carefully designed a course that will teach you what is important – the fundamentals of pesticide regulation from experimental use permits to cancellation – as well as bring you current on what is happening now that likely will affect your future business.

This course will explain FIFRA, FFDCA, EPA’s Office of Pesticide Programs, and state regulation of pesticides, so you can focus on what’s important: getting products on the market and keeping them there. The first day and the early morning of the second day will cover the fundamentals of pesticide regulation. The second day also will include consecutive panel discussions on the Endangered Species Act and EPA’s Inert/"Other" Ingredient Review Program.  We invite you to review the complete course program at the registration website.

Course Location
The course will be held in the Founders Conference Room of McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP at 1900 K Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006, tel. (202) 496-7500.
