On June 13, 2006, McKenna Long & Aldridge invites you to a program addressing the very real problem of judicial access in the European Union. This is a significant problem for U.S. companies that export products to, or manufacture chemical, pesticide and biocide products in, the European Union. Judicial access in the EU is a current, time-sensitive problem that will soon expand dramatically with the advent of the new REACH legislation in the EU to affect virtually all exporters and manufacturers and their customers.
