McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and the Independence Institute are partnering to host Enforcement and Compliance Issues - Ensuring That Your Business Understands Campaign Finance and Corruption Laws on April 13, 2006. The seminar will address election law, campaign finance and related ethics issues for contributors, candidates, issue committees and other advocacy groups under Colorado's initiated Amendment 27, the Fair Campaign Practices Act and the rules promulgated by the Colorado Secretary of State, as well as under federal law. The seminar will also address the development of corporate compliance programs, including voluntary disclosure standards, the management of internal investigations and related white collar crime issues.
