Linda J. Hoover, a senior associate in McKenna & Cuneo's San Diego, California office. Ms. Hoover is a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery Group and Environmental Law Department. She concentrates primarily on insurance recovery for policyholders, and environmental law in the areas of redevelopment or "brownfields," cost recovery litigation, and defense of administrative enforcement actions. Ms. Hoover has written and lectured on insurance coverage and bad faith matters.

Stephen B. Shapiro, a partner in McKenna & Cuneo's Denver, Colorado office. Mr. Shapiro's practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, primarily with respect to the representation of financial institutions, construction contractors, commercial landlords, and private and public business enterprises, and insurance recovery. Mr. Shapiro has litigated cases at the trial and appellate levels throughout the state court system and in the federal courts in Colorado.
