The role of the audit committee has become increasingly more important since the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Join us for a special seminar in which we will invite the audience to take a first-hand look in the workings of an audit committee in a potential crisis situation. Our panelists will each present a different role in a company as well as evaluate various real world scenarios and identify their issues and potential problems. This unique exercise will provide the audience with a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the audit committee and its external publics. Additionally the seminar offers 2 CLE credits.
The seminar will be held at the Hotel Monaco Denver located at 1717 Champa Street at 17th.
