Professional Women's Roundtable Scheduled for October 1, 2004 in Atlanta

"Women in the Workplace: Dynamic and Diverse" will take place in the Atlanta offices of McKenna Long & Aldridge on October 1, 2004. The firm will provide a breakfast, lunch and cocktail reception.

During the morning and afternoon sessions, notable professional speakers will address the group on topics of interest in interactive sessions carrying CLE credit. This year's program will present two nationally known speakers: Verna Myers, who will lead a session, "Hiring and Retaining a Diverse Workforce," and Carrie Menkel-Meadows, who will lead a session on communication and negotiating skills. The keynote luncheon speaker is Laura Stein, Esq., VP General Counsel, H.J. Heinz Company, who will present "Adding Strategic Value to Your Employer and Your Profession - Making Yourself Indispensable."
