1. Receives, reviews and posts all docket submissions, both initial submissions and existing case submissions on a daily basis.
2. Maintains docket mailbox in Outlook.
3. Prepares and distributes reports as requested by users.
4. Reviews New Matter Memos to determine if dates are being docketed and communicates problems to the local attorney or docket contact.
5. Provides basic instruction and guidance to docket users, and assists staff as needed.
6. Provides follow up on inactive dockets.
7. Reviews backlog of open dockets in closed matters.
8. Reviews cases and events of departing staff and works with the appropriate attorney to replace them on cases and events appropriately;
9. Confers with Docket Manager and participates in periodic teleconference docket meetings.
