Experience		Bachelor’s degree + two years litigation experience or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program + three years litigation experience required.

The paralegal is responsible for managing the day to day handling of asbestos cases which are assigned to an attorney/paralegal team. The paralegal will manage the case from the date the case is answered through the trial phase.
Candidate should have a professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively. The paralegal candidate must pay close attention to detail and have strong computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Summation. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
